David, the founder of Landscapes by D&J, started the business with a vision to provide top-quality landscaping services to the community. While he now takes on an advisory role, overseeing the company as a whole, he continues to support the growth and success of the business. David's foundational work laid the groundwork for what Landscapes by D&J has become today: a thriving, customer-focused landscaping company!

TIFFANIE SERGI
Tiffanie, CEO of Landscapes by D&J, began her journey with the company part-time, assisting with billing when the business outgrew its early operations. Her role quickly expanded as she took on the challenge of running the entire organization. Passionate about the landscaping industry, Tiffanie wears many hats, managing day-to-day operations, fostering employee success, and ensuring exceptional service for every customer. Beyond her commitment to the company, Tiffanie is dedicated to giving back to the community, supporting local initiatives, and contributing to causes that make a positive impact. Her dedication to growth, community, and excellence drives her vision for the company.
Fun Fact: Has a love for Disney that most adults don't understand!
Chief Operating Officer
Sarah HEWINS
Around the office, Sarah is known for her leadership and strategic mindset, always bringing positivity to the team and tackling challenges with a solution-oriented approach.
Fun Fact: She’s nicknamed “Sally Sunshine” because she always finds the silver lining—rain or shine!
Sales Manager
David Babb
By day, Dave is a detail-driven sales manager, turning property dreams into reality. By night, he swaps blueprints for spotlights—capturing moments as a photographer, voicing stories as a podcaster, and running production for local MMA fights. His ability to balance structure and creativity makes him a dynamic force in both worlds.
Fun Fact: Dave runs production for a local MMA fight night!
Account Manager
Richie Sylvia
Richie, the longest-running team member at Landscapes by D&J, has done it all—from shop work and mechanics to fieldwork, construction, and serving as Production Manager. In 2024, he became an Account Manager! Outside of work, he’s all about family, fitness, and staying active.
Fun Fact: As a kid he dreamed of being a motocross rider—proof his fearless attitude is nothing new!
AP Manager & CX Specialist
Libby Campihna
Libby is the sweetest, most supportive person you’ll meet, always uplifting those around her with kindness and encouragement. This makes her the perfect person to be the first contact our customers have when calling in to the office!
Fun Fact: Her competitive side comes out in full force during office challenges and game nights—she’ll cheer you on but won’t go easy on you!
Director of Administration
TRISH Reardon
Trish is the perfect mix of hippie spirit and city smarts—a self-proclaimed nerd who’s always eager to learn and support her team. She’s passionate about getting her hands in the dirt and nurturing her ever-growing collection of plants.
Fun Fact: Trish is a true “crazy plant lady” at heart.
Account Manager
Brett Gallagher
Brett has been a key part of the Landscapes by D&J team for several years, holding multiple positions and gaining extensive knowledge in all aspects of landscaping. Now, as an Account Manager, he goes above and beyond to ensure customers receive a consultative experience tailored to their property’s needs. Brett could probably lift a small car if he wanted to—but he'd rather be out shredding the trails on his mountain bike or keeping everyone entertained. If you need a good laugh or an epic adventure recap, he’s your guy!

Founded in 2010 by Dave Sergi in Wareham, Massachusetts, Landscapes by D&J began as a passion project and a side gig. What started with Dave’s love for landscaping quickly blossomed into a thriving business, driven by a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. As the business grew, Dave was joined by his wife, Tiffanie, whose expertise in operations helped turn their vision into a reputable, professional landscape company.
Today, Landscapes by D&J proudly serves a wide range of both residential and commercial properties across Southeastern Massachusetts. Our success is built on 5 core principles: fun, excellence, accountability, transparency, teamwork. We approach each project with meticulous attention to detail, delivering superior results that enhance the beauty and functionality of every property.

Pedro is a lifelong learner with extensive landscaping experience and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. As a Production Manager, he ensures every project is executed with precision and care.
Fun Fact: When he’s not in the field, or busy being a dad, Pedro enjoys quiet time in his home office, having deep thoughts—probably life, or the meaning of the universe.

Wascar’s dedication, commitment to perfection, and positive attitude earned him a promotion from the field to Production Manager. With extensive landscaping experience and a passion for delivering top-notch results, he ensures every job exceeds customer expectations.
Fun Fact: Before landscaping, Wascar traveled the world as a semi-pro baseball player.

Kevin Calvi
With over 20 years in the industry, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his role as Production Manager, overseeing construction, irrigation, and fertilization crews. A local sports legend, his background in athletics fuels his team-first mentality, strong leadership, and ability to keep things running smoothly.
Fun Fact: Kevin has been teaching himself to cook—because why not add another skill to the list?

Matt Gibbs
Matt is a highly skilled mechanic who keeps Landscapes by D&J running smoothly—literally. He ensures all equipment is in top shape and that safety protocols are always followed. Known for being meticulous and organized, he takes pride in making sure every machine, truck, and tool is ready for the job ahead.
Fun Fact: Matt loves riding bikes along the canal with his family.
