Proudly Growing as a Trusted Landscaping Company in Plymouth and Wareham

Founded in 2010 as a side hustle by Dave Sergi in Wareham, the company started with one truck, a lot of passion, and a deep commitment to doing right by clients.

As things grew, Dave’s wife Tiffany brought her operational expertise to the table—helping to shape a business that values both performance and people.

Dave Sergi

Founder & Owner

David, the founder of Landscapes by D&J, started the business with a vision to provide top-quality landscaping services to the community. While he now takes on an advisory role, overseeing the company as a whole, he continues to support the growth and success of the business. David’s foundational work laid the groundwork for what Landscapes by D&J has become today: a thriving, customer-focused landscaping company.

CEO

Sales Manager

Dave is a detail-driven sales manager who helps turn property goals into reality. Richie, the longest-running team member at Landscapes by D&J, has done it all—from shop work and mechanics to fieldwork, construction, and serving as Production Manager. In 2024, he became an Account Manager! Outside of work, he’s all about family, fitness, and staying active.
